Terms of use

Last updated 10 September 2026

About these terms

These pre-launch terms govern the current Vroomski website and demonstration app. The operator’s registered legal name, company number and address must be inserted, and the terms reviewed professionally, before public production use.

Vroomski is a marketplace

Vehicles are advertised by independent dealers. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, Vroomski is not the seller, owner, lender, insurer, warranty provider or delivery provider. A purchase or related service contract is made with the identified provider.

Listings and vehicle information

Dealers are responsible for accurate, current stock, pricing, photographs and descriptions. Buyers must verify condition, history, specification, availability, finance, warranty and delivery before relying on them. Demonstration MOT and vehicle facts are clearly labelled and are not official records.

Accounts and enquiries

Provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use the service lawfully. When you enquire, your submitted details and message are sent to the advertising dealer so they can respond.

Dealer responsibilities

Dealers must have authority to advertise each vehicle and its media, keep stock status current, comply with consumer and advertising law, handle leads securely, and promptly correct inaccurate or misleading information.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service, bypass access controls, submit harmful code, impersonate another person or business, send spam, manipulate reviews or rankings, or use listing and contact data for an unrelated purpose.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw features to maintain security, comply with law or improve the service. We do not promise that every listing, integration or third-party service will always be available.

Liability and law

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or affects mandatory consumer rights. Final liability wording, dispute procedures and the operator’s chosen UK governing jurisdiction must be reviewed and completed before launch.

These terms should be read with the privacy policy.
