Who controls your information

Vroomski is responsible for the personal information described on this page. This is a pre-launch notice for the current demonstration service. The operator’s registered legal name, company number and postal address must be added before public production use.

Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to privacy@vroomski.com.

Information we use

We may use account details, saved vehicles, search preferences, enquiries you submit, waiting-list emails, messages to support, device and security information, and consented analytics events.

Dealers provide business contact details, stock records, vehicle photographs, feed configuration and lead-management activity.

Why we use it

We use information to provide accounts, search, saved cars and enquiries; operate the launch waiting list; operate dealer inventory; prevent fraud and abuse; respond to requests; measure and improve the service where permitted; and meet legal obligations.

The legal basis depends on the activity and may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent or compliance with law. Optional analytics is not loaded unless you accept it.

Who receives it

An enquiry is sent to the dealer advertising the vehicle. We may also use carefully selected hosting, database, email, analytics, security and support suppliers under appropriate terms.

We do not sell personal information. Future finance, insurance, affiliate or advertising partners must be added to this notice before their data collection begins.

Retention, security and transfers

Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose, legal obligations, disputes and security. Production retention periods will be documented before launch.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted service credentials and audit records. Any transfer outside the UK must use an applicable safeguard.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
