How to inspect a used car without pretending you are a technician

Arrive in daylight. Walk the panel gaps, check tyre date stamps, and sit in every seat. You are buying the cabin as much as the engine.

Ask for the service history and the last MOT. On Vroomski, MOT timelines are shown when we have them — and labelled when they come from seed data rather than DVSA.

A short test drive should include slow speed, a dual carriageway if you can, and a stop on a hill. Listen for clonks, not folklore.
